Working Principle
Grinding beads roll driven by the main shaft. The stainless steel damping screw stirs small-diameter zirconia beads. Rolling friction and extrusion pressure between zirconia beads accelerate tea leaf crushing and continuously grind tea into ultra-fine matcha powder.
The zirconia beads are about 5mm in diameter with tiny gaps between beads, enabling full and even force on tea leaves for sufficient & uniform pulverization.
Mandatory configuration: The main grinding machine must be matched with an automatic feeding machine and water chiller for normal operation.
